Do I need to make a reservation?

Reservations are not required. We do recommend reservations on weekends and for parties of 6 or more. We also recommend reservations during school breaks, such as winter or spring break. You can make a reservation by calling us at 585-352-2323.

How long will it take for our pottery to be fired and ready for pickup?

Generally it will take 7 days for pottery to be finished. During holidays we will sometimes ask for up to 10 days to get pieces fired. Your finished date will always be listed on the paper receipt you received at check out.

Why haven’t I received a phone call to say my pottery is finished?

We don't call to tell you when your pottery is finished, we write a ready date on your paper receipt. if you lost your receipt your pottery will be ready approximately 7 days from the day you came in to paint.

what is the average cost per person to paint at splatters?

We have pottery ranging from $5 for a tile or tiny figurine up to over $100 for our largest vintage Christmas trees. The range of $15-$30 is where the majority of our pieces will fall. Our prices are all inclusive and include everything except sales tax, there is no extra fee for painting time or firing.

How long will Splatters hold onto finished pottery?

We hold finished pottery for up to 60 days. after 60 days there is a chance we could still have it, so feel free to check in with us. We hold onto as much finished pottery as we can for as long as we can, but when we are in need of space the oldest pottery is cleared out.

How long will splatters hold onto "work in progress" Pottery?

After 60 days work in progress pottery will be discarded. while we would love to hold onto everyone's hard work forever, we quickly run out of storage space. if you know you won't be able to return to finish your pottery within the 60 day time frame but want to finish it at some point, we recommend picking your unfinished work up, and keeping it at home until you can visit again.
